Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of the Inspirely iOS application, published by Barbaros Köklü. By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.
01 The App
Inspirely is a personal reflection app. It offers a daily mood check-in, a curated inspirational quote, and a private journal. It is not a medical or mental-health service and is not a substitute for professional advice.
02 Your content
You retain full ownership of every journal entry you write. Entries are stored only on your device; the Developer does not receive, host, or process the content of your journal.
You are responsible for what you write. Do not write content that is unlawful or that violates the rights of others.
03 Subscriptions
The App offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (Inspirely Premium) in monthly and yearly plans, and a one-time Lifetime purchase, processed by Apple through your App Store account.
- Auto-renewal — Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- Manage / cancel — From iOS Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions.
- Refunds — Refund requests are handled by Apple and follow Apple's refund policy.
- Price — Prices shown in the App reflect your local App Store. We may change prices for new sign-ups with notice in the App. Existing subscribers continue at the price they signed up with until they cancel.
04 Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer the App, attempt to extract its source code, or use the App in any way that interferes with its operation for others or violates applicable law.
05 Apple Standard EULA
To the extent these Terms do not address a topic, Apple's Standard End-User License Agreement applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
06 Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. The Developer does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will not be lost. Always keep your own backups of journal entries that matter to you.
07 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the App is limited to the amount you paid the Developer in the 12 months preceding the claim.
08 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Apple's standard EULA may designate a different jurisdiction for certain Apple-related matters; in case of conflict, Apple's EULA prevails for those matters.
09 Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms. The effective date above shows the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Kullanım Koşulları
Bu Kullanım Koşulları, Barbaros Köklü tarafından yayımlanan Inspirely iOS uygulamasının kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
01 Uygulama
Inspirely kişisel bir yansıma uygulamasıdır. Günlük duygu kayıt, derlenmiş ilham verici alıntı ve özel bir günlük sunar. Tıbbi veya ruh sağlığı hizmeti değildir ve profesyonel tavsiyenin yerini tutmaz.
02 Sizin içeriğiniz
Yazdığınız her günlük girdisinin tam sahibi sizsiniz. Girdiler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır; Geliştirici günlük içeriğinizi almaz, barındırmaz veya işlemez.
Yazdığınız içerikten siz sorumlusunuz. Yasa dışı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik yazmayın.
03 Abonelikler
Uygulama, App Store hesabınız üzerinden Apple tarafından işlenen, isteğe bağlı otomatik yenilenen abonelikler (Inspirely Premium) — aylık ve yıllık planlar — ve tek seferlik Ömür Boyu satın alma sunar.
- Otomatik yenileme — Aboneliği bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal etmediğiniz sürece otomatik yenilenir.
- Yönetim / iptal — iOS Ayarlar → [Adınız] → Abonelikler.
- İade — İade talepleri Apple tarafından yönetilir ve Apple'ın iade politikasına tabidir.
- Fiyat — Uygulamada gösterilen fiyatlar yerel App Store'unuzu yansıtır. Yeni kayıtlar için fiyatları uygulama içinde bildirimle değiştirebiliriz. Mevcut aboneler iptal edene kadar kayıt fiyatından devam eder.
04 Kabul edilebilir kullanım
Uygulamayı ters mühendislememeyi, kaynak kodunu çıkarmaya çalışmamayı ve diğer kullanıcıların deneyimine zarar verecek veya geçerli yasaları ihlal edecek şekilde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
05 Apple Standart EULA
Bu Koşullar bir konuyu kapsamadığı ölçüde Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi uygulanır: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
06 Garanti reddi
Uygulama herhangi bir türde garanti olmaksızın "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut olduğu şekilde" sunulur. Geliştirici uygulamanın kesintisiz, hatasız çalışacağını veya verilerin kaybolmayacağını garanti etmez. Sizin için önemli olan günlük girdilerinin yedeklerini her zaman ayrı tutun.
07 Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması
Yasanın izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Geliştiricinin bu Koşullardan veya Uygulamadan kaynaklanan herhangi bir talepteki toplam sorumluluğu, talep tarihinden önceki 12 ay içinde Geliştiriciye ödediğiniz miktarla sınırlıdır.
08 Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Apple'ın standart EULA'sı belirli Apple ile ilgili konular için farklı bir yargı yetkisi belirleyebilir; uyumsuzluk halinde bu konular için Apple EULA'sı önceliklidir.
09 Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu Koşulları revize edebiliriz. Yukarıdaki yürürlük tarihi en son değişikliği gösterir. Değişiklikten sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmek yeni Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
